Returns Policy



If you receive merchandise that is not of acceptable quality, does not match the description, is not fit for purpose or we have provided you with the incorrect item, we will happily exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. We will accept the item if it has not been damaged, and all original tags and packaging are still intact.

Faulty items may be returned outside of the regular returns time frames providing the item is still under warranty. Please email us or contact the brand directly for warranty periods.


Garments must have retail tags retained and remain unused. Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty). All tags must still be attached and in top hygienic condition. We can in no way accept worn clothing items.

Any packaged items must be returned with the packaging in its original condition (ie, please wrap the item or put the item in a satchel to avoid damage. Do not stick return labels or sticky tape to original packaging).

Before removing from the packaging, please be careful in checking hard parts for correct fitment. For instance, chains will not be accepted once they have been removed from their clear plastic packages. You should usually be able to compare the new item with the old/broken item while it is still in the manufacturers packaging.

Should you wish to exchange or refund a product outside of the 30 day period, we are inclined to charge a re-stocking fee on some products. This fee is determined on a case by case basis.

We aim to have your refund processed within 3 – 5 days of receiving.

Some faults however must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this circumstance we will advise you via email updates. This process usually takes around 2 weeks and once completed you should receive your refund or replacement within 1-7 business days.

Carr Brothers Motorcycles ask that you allow 5 to 7 business days for us to process and ship your exchange or process your refund once your return has been received in store.

For refunds, 3 to 5 business days should be allowed from the date of processing for funds to be returned to your account by your financial institution.


In circumstances where you are to receive a refund, if your order was freighted free of charge, your money will be refunded minus the initial freight cost incurred. Please telephone or email us and we can advise of the freight amount to be deducted from the refund. The buyer is also responsible for organising (and paying for) the freight of the return.


If you received a faulty/defective item or you have received an item as a result of our error, we will happily cover the return shipping costs.

You can contact us by phone or email to let us know, and we will provide you with details to enable you to return the item to us.


If you wish to exchange a helmet due to incorrect size choice, please contact us before the helmet is returned.

Carr Brothers Motorcycles will refuse the return of any helmet 7 days after delivery, except in the instance of a warranty issue.

Helmet returns will not be accepted if the helmet has been worn, scratched or damaged in any way. If we believe that the shell of the helmet has been compromised in any way, we will not accept the return.

Helmet exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis, and are not approved until assessed by a member of our Online Sales Team and deemed resalable.

Carr Brothers Motorcycles recommends that if you are making a first time helmet purchase, that you visit a local dealer to be measured and fitted correctly by a professional.
